Chief Elder : OGNightHawk (CERTIFIED)

A vetran of Sunrise City dating back to before The Big Bleedout, OGNightHawk remembers the streets of Sunrise City when the sun still shone on them.  Some would say that he has a kind heart, others might say he is weak.  Those that know him, know otherwise.  Those that know the story of his past, know that just before The Big Bleedout, NightHawk was admitted to the Sunrise City Institute For The Criminally Insane after walking through the front doors of the Oceanside Medical Center and opening fire on hundreds of innocent staff and civilians with an Oslo Ares Light Machine Gun and a bountiful supply of ammunition acquired from an unknown source.  It was noted that most civilians were able to escape the carnage unharmed and in all only 17 civilians were injured and 2 killed.  None of the medical centers staff survived and every patient in the cancer ward was executed with a singe gunshot.  When finally apprehended, NightHawk was quoted as saying, "no person deserves to suffer like they do when they have done so much good in their lives".  During the court proceedings that followed, the judge asked NightHawk "You said you executed the patients in the cancer ward because nobody should suffer that much when they have done so much good in their lives, what about the ones you killed that may not have been so good?", to which he replied; "I guess I will see them in hell."  During the chaos of The Big Bleedout, he was instrumental in the escape of several patients from the Sunrise City Institution For The Criminally Insane.

Elder : RavenLunatic (VERIFIED)

Transferred to the Sunrise City Institution For The Criminally Insane shortly after the admission of OGNightHawk, "The Raven" was responsible for the deaths of more than 1700 people during his "final shift" at a halloween theme park located on the outskirts of Sunrise City.  It is rumored that he spent almost a month preparing the site, planting remotely detonated c4 charges, proximity mines, traps filled with corrosive substances, and on his final night, walked in to work with a submachine gun, assult rifle, and rocket launcher of unknown origin, and was not noticed due to the employment of a cloaking technology that was at the time unknown.  When the judge gave her final sentence, "The Raven" was quoted as saying only one word.  "Pimpin."

Elder : IrishOwnedNubs (VERIFIED)

A student at Sunrise City University of Science and Technology, "The Irishman" had a hand in the creation of many innovative and cutting edge technologies, however he would not be seeing the fruits of his labors.  Investing his spare time to the invention of new technologies that would keep our soliders safer on the battlefields of the future, Irish was no less than a genius.  A few major corperations who were heavy contributors to the university saw the technology that he was creating, and how it could make them more money than a kind hearted and generous student could ever manage.  With the amount of corruption that was present in the university, as well as the corperations, they did not even have to use force.  Irish simply walked into the lab one day and everything was gone.  The entire lab had been removed over a single weekend, and what he walked into instead was a conference hall.  What most would take a lifetime to build and design, Irish did in just over 5 years at the university, and all of it was gone.  He snapped.  Two days later, in a stunningly similar fashion to what was witnessed at the Sunrise City Medical Center, "The Irishman"  walked in the front doors of Mitsuki Tower armed with an Oslo Ares Light Machine Gun and enough ammo to supply a small army.  When he walked back out the front doors only 17 members of the board of directors were dead.  This news was gathered from an eyewitness who saw him enter the boardroom and close the doors behind him.  The witness was quoted as saying "You kiddin me man!  He looked like the f*cking Joker!  You know, from Batman and sh*t.  He was carryin a big *ss f*cking gun!  I din't do sh*t but run as soon as the f*ckin doors closed! All the gunfire that was goin on in that room woulda made the 17 board members into one big puddle o' f*cking soup!", 17 seconds after Irish walked out the front doors of Mitsuki Tower with his hands in the air, surrendering to local authorities, Mitsuki Tower was alight.  A clipping from the Sunrise Times read "The structure itself has never recovered from an episode of corporate espionage in which the building’s security system triggered the incineration of one of the largest research labs in a measure to prevent theft of secret technology. The materials being incinerated, however, proved more flammable than expected, causing catastrophic fires which consumed much of the building".  His final words before his sentencing, "Pimpin".

A new refugee, LadyStar is currently running some errands for a few of Sunrise City's well known residents in The Moat.  Off the wall, and a lot like her partner in crime RavenLunatic, she speaks her mind, and always tells it like it is.  It is rumored that both "The Lady" and "The Raven" worked as a team with OGNightHawk to escape the Sunrise City Institution For The Criminally Insane during the chaos of The Big Bleedout, and have been hiding in plain sight in the streets of Sunrise City ever since.
